Self Maintenance and ISO Training

Many organizations that utilize Xerox® High Volume products have told us of their need for a more flexible method of obtaining service for their systems. As a result, OEM/ComDoc has created a program that allows a Docutech® operator to become trained in the maintenance and repair of our customers Docutech® systems.

OEM/ComDoc offers custom training to meet your needs. We offer Docutech® 135 and 61XX training classes in our NE Ohio facility. Our training facility has a large, well equipped classroom. Class participants can expect a comprehensive training and testing program. Preferred Customers who take advantage of our training earn credits that will reduce or eliminate tuition costs.
